I would like to express my extreme gratitude to Purnell Cook. She assisted my family with a very difficult sale. After my great-aunt passed away her San Francisco home was placed in a trust and divided between my 90 year old mother and another family member. Sadly, the sale was riddled with obstruction. This was a very emotional time for me and my family and Purnell performed her work with extreme patience and gracefulness. We had to rely heavily on Purnell because we lived more than six hours away from the property. She was unrelenting in her efforts to ensure the best possible outcome for my mother. Purnell brings an enthusiastic energy and infectious spirit to northern california. Originally from Southern California, Purnell moved to Livermore when shewas hired as an engineering tech for Lawerence Livermore National Laboratory. While working at the lab she pursued a career in real estate. Having mulitifamily and other rental propertiest and working with real estate investors, made her transition into real estate an easy one. Helping sellers understand the Net Gain when closing is paramount. Purnell thrives off finding a great deal, and as a real estate agent, entrepreneur, and investor she is a lifelong partner to her clients and enjoys watching their portfolios grow and expand.
